This weeks wine I randomly picked...It is Hardy's Shiraz 2007. It's from South Eastern Australia... It had a pretty plain smell at first than you could pick smells of berries and oak. It's very smooth and could be a house wine. I myself like heavier wines with more flavor but would be great with guests over as it is easy on the taste buds. I also added some to my hot wing sauce...will let you know!
