Another day of COLD riding....

Sierra feeling her oats...she kept bucking and playing with the horses it was cute!


The string on a C-O-L-D day.

The task was...can you stand on two horses and take your coat off? Wrangler and Boone are the horses. You know how hard it is sometimes to take your coat off while in the saddle. The camera was rolling and it went smooth!!!

Success!

Next task...after taking her coat off her gloves fell on the ground. Soooo, without getting off your horse can you get your gloves?

As you can see this one was a fail but was great watching...Shanice fell into the snow!


Rig riding again...but this time with the string and was I impressed with them as the trail there is not for a string and they mastered it! yeah...

I asked her to hop on Levi when we got back and she commented on how flipping big he is! Looking forward to getting him going more if it EVER WARMS UP...this is really messing up the spring conditioning program! ugh Everyone do there sun dance please!

Wrangler is sold...

Today we had Eric and Kayla come out to ride our Wrangler to see if he was a match for them...he was and he is now sold. Although this will be a tough one...they are an amazing home! Thank you and it was nice to meet you, see you soon when you pick up your new horse!

Home again...and we can ride!

We moved the horses around today...they were hyper and heading out!

We headed out in some nasty cold weather to ski...crossing our fingers it would get warmer!

As the day was cold and we met up with YA YA Susan we thought shopping was in order.

They took us to a climbing store and I found some awesome cheap neck rope! The guy was also a climbing guy and super nice along with some great information! It was a different world but it included the mountain so was very cool.


Next store Susan discovers something new...but had a great sound! smile

Half the ski lifts were closed the next day and everyone headed home...we headed to Banff for the day to eat, shop and HOT TUB!

Wednesday's Wine...

Cold Wednesday so a warm fire and good glass of WINE was in order. Hoped I picked a good one this week and I DID!

It is a Malbec and I love that it has "hand picked last week of March...." The first smell is fruity, the first taste is strong with an amazing smooth after taste. And it just get's better....GO PICK this one up, well worth it!

We rode today but I advise NOT. Is is spring yet?

Last ride of the night was done on Teeko! Thank goodness the weather is with us today and we are back on the ponies...
