Brenda arrived yesterday and the decoration has begun. The horse and the directors also arrived yesterday and we had a brief meeting but mostly a nice visit. The horse is for the roping contest tonight (yes we are giving it a go..) and for the pack horse race which runs both nights. We have lots of great things to bid on and to win! I will grab the camera to show you our decorationing skills and the fun night that tonight is with the "evening with the outfitters" the relaxed night! Oh the funniest thing our president brought was a old tail gate, with a case a beer and Brooks & Dunn C.D. strapped to it and he called "Tail gate party to go.." I am still giggling and you need to come out and meet these folks! I am even allowed to bring a real life horse and put her pen right in front of the hall! yee haw....do I hear evening ride into the hall later. smile We are doing a tribute to Dewy Browning, loooong time outfitters and Dad to Kurt Browning the skater. Better run, making hearts with horses in them..
