Salt Lake City...heading to Vegas baby!

Well, its +13 and notice the green grass her is Salt Lake City...yee haw! Next stop I am taking off the sweater! Vegas baby, still heading south!

Idaho and Utah today...

We stayed in Idaho falls at the Walmart (classy eh), any who it was open 24hrs so we shopped at 1:00am. Why not? Lot's of driving agains today but I want to get where its warm! Let me explain the pics...from the top. Grass fire we passed in Utah, the road through Idaho (it was a gorgeous drive, I wish I had a horse to ride into those hills, they were calling me!), the next pic is a place called Hell's Half Acre by Blackfoot Idaho, it was a lava flow. It covered 222 square miles, we went hiking and it was neat. Next pic is of Chuck standing under the CHUCK ARAMA...we had too!

W2 Wednesday Wine Tasting...

Nope didn't forget. I found it in Walmart for $3.00! Oak Leaf vineyards a white zinfandel and my mom and I really enjoy it!

Montana all day!

Montana is a gorgeous state. We started in Lethbridge this morning, and passed into Idaho about an hour ago. We will stop at Idaho falls for the night. Snapped some pics along the way. Snowed a bit and had to snap a pic of this cabin on the Missouri river with gorgeous mountains behind it. Had to get out a run a bit....long drive! Thanks Petri for your awesome pics from Germany. I will post some when I get to better service....now as its W2 Wednesday Wine Tasting night. Once we pull in, I will have to find some wine to taste than blog. Sounds like a heck of a good plan on my holiday. smile

We hit the border and they let us in!

Day one of our Road Trip!

We hooked on to the rig, turned up the radio to some good country and headed SOUTH! We are just coming into Calgary, I will honk the horn to all my Calgary friends. My view for the next month or so....yee haw! Talk to you tonight...
