Kingman's Sunset last night...

A night ride was in order tonight after a long day of round penning and fighting with a one of the mares over dominance. I hooked up 8 horses behind me and went for a very nice ride, the horses had fun too! Just checked the trails we will use for the clinics coming up in a few short days and they are awesome! We still have a couple of spots in some of our clinics and just opened up another clinic down by Calgary May 23-24! Better hit the hay...

Lots of Pepper SOLD!

We want to say thanks to Cheri and her daughter Brittany from Lethbridge. They are the proud new owners of our talented solid paint
mare "Lots of Pepper"! It was like love at first sight!
I'm very excited to hear how Pepper settles in to her new home. They ride at a dressage barn and are looking to go into dressage and jumping with her. Way to go Cheri and Brittany! We look forward to the updates...!

Cowboy Chucks Coffee Cup!

Chucks coffee this morning was a no name brand from Super store and his comment "man this is good coffee!" Our chef also uses this coffee in the summer and it received rave revues. Chuck is busy farming this month, putting the crop in, moving feeder cows etc... Enjoy the windy day and hold on to your hat!

Spa day for a mountain girl!

Okay people, for all of you folks who don't SPA! They brought in chocolate for waxing....CHOCOLATE! Of course I did ask if I could try it first before putting on my legs. I received a look...I received another look when I yelled across the hall to Tracy (who was in her room) "when is the tequila girl was coming around?"...oops!

Tracy ordered us her favorite margaritas in and Indian/Mexican restaurant. Ordering was fun....great food, great day and fun to be with my sister!

Happy May Day!

Well folks, service is poor tonight so no pics! I did enjoy a spa day with my sisters though and have pics to prove my nails are DONE! Although once I got home and started riding and doing chores the pretty nails were back to there old self....smile. May day reminds me of my year in England, you would stay up all night than on May 1st all the pubs would serve champagne & O.J. than you would make your way down to the river and jump in. oh....I was tempted but never did jump, after all I wasn't english eh! Will blog tommorow when the service is better for now...the bed calls me! Night all....did I mention I miss the cabin and still not settled in here yet!
